Donny Hobbs is the CEO and lead coach for Compass Coaching. Donny works closely with a number of affiliates who provide adjunct services, coaching, and assessment administration. Donny is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Executive Coach. He is also a certified Genos Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, as well as a certified NLP Practitioner. 

In conjunction with his role as a coach, Donny is the Director of Operations for the Minnesota Clinic for Health and Wellness. He also sits on the board of the Health and Wellness Collaborative, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide behavioral health, mind-body, and psychiatric services to under-served populations.

Donny has a passion for helping clients develop confidence, interpersonal and workplace skills, healthy habits, and a resilient mindset. He has over 20 years of leadership and coaching experience in a variety of contexts.
